what that change is. Or perhaps you do know yet when it comes to doing something about it you
start doubting yourself and avoid taking action.
We explore what’s going on.
I’ll use coaching, embodied inquiry and reflection to help you look at the situation from different angles.
We can explore the beliefs and assumptions around it, notice conflicting parts of you that want different things.
We also pay attention to what happens when you move out of thinking and include the body in the conversation.
